Welcome America, Inc. is recruiting volunteers who are eager to get involved in the Philadelphia community and to participate in the 2011 Wawa Welcome America Festival. This is an exciting volunteer opportunity with the benefit of working on one of the largest festivals in the United States.
The Wawa Welcome America Festival is a celebration of “America’s Birthday in America’s Birthplace”. From June 24 through July 4, we will celebrate with patriotic and fun-filled events throughout the City of Philadelphia. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work at many electrifying events including: Taste of Philadelphia, Philly @ the Movies, and Party on the Parkway.
As we go into our second year with Wawa as our sponsor, we are anticipating a fantastic July 4th celebration and you could possibly help it all come together.
